5. Contract Conditions and Payments

Payment services (PRO Plan and PRO + Audio Plan) are contracted through a secure payment gateway (PayPal). By making the payment, the user accepts that:

• Payment is one-time per assessment; it is not a recurring subscription.
• The user has 14 calendar days from payment to complete the test and receive the report.
• Once the report has been generated and delivered, the service is considered fully supplied.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease to apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement.

By completing the payment and accessing the test, the user expressly consents to the start of the provision of the service, waiving the right of withdrawal.

If a technical problem prevents access to the service, contact contacto@testautoconocimiento.com so the issue can be resolved or, where appropriate, a full refund can be arranged.

7. Refund Policy

• Before completing the test: If the user has not submitted the final answers, they may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by writing to contacto@testautoconocimiento.com.
• After the report is generated: The commercial satisfaction guarantee described in the Terms and Conditions remains available. A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the report if it did not provide value.
• Technical errors: If a system error prevents generation or delivery, the user may choose report regeneration or a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Samuel Sanz Minguito is not responsible for:

• Decisions made by the user based on the test results.
• The subjective interpretation of the reports generated.
• Temporary interruptions of service due to technical causes or force majeure.
• The content or services of third parties linked from this website.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
