Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing and using the services offered on TestAutoconocimiento.com, the user expressly and unconditionally agrees to comply with and be bound by these General Terms of Use and Purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description and Scope

TestAutoconocimiento.com offers a structured self-assessment tool for personal reflection and self-discovery. The results provided in the "Report" are exclusively educational and informational.

The user assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on the results of the tool.

3. Plans, Prices and Purchase

The platform offers different service levels. Prices are expressed in US Dollars ($) and include applicable taxes.

Free Plan

• What's included: Free access to 3 blocks of questions of the user's choice.
• Deliverable: A basic results summary displayed on screen upon completion.
• Price: $0 (Always free).

PRO Plan

• What's included: Full access to all 9 main blocks (15 dimensions of self-knowledge) and 3 symbolic annexes. Cross-dimensional analysis and pattern insights.
• Deliverable: A complete, personalized and structured report, sent directly to the email address provided.
• Price: One-time payment of $29. No recurring subscriptions.

PRO + Audio Plan

• What's included: Everything included in the PRO Plan, plus a personalized audio narration of your report.
• Price: One-time payment of $79.
• Audio Upgrade: If you already have the PRO plan, you can upgrade to PRO + Audio for $35.

4. Access and Service Delivery Timeframes

Once payment is made for a paid plan (PRO or PRO+Audio):

• The user has a maximum of 14 calendar days to answer all questions and complete the test.
• Upon completing the answers, the system will process the information and send the final report to the user's email — generally within 15 minutes.
• Once the report is sent, or 14 days have elapsed without the user completing the test (whichever comes first), the service is considered fully rendered.

5. Guarantee, Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer law (Art. 103 m), express consent to immediate delivery of the digital service is requested before payment. The user understands that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully supplied. This does not limit the commercial satisfaction guarantee or technical guarantee below.

Our refund policy establishes:

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If after receiving your report you feel it does not provide value to your self-discovery process, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The request is not subject to discretionary evaluation.
• Technical Guarantee: If due to a platform error or failure you could not access the test, or the report was not generated or delivered correctly to your email, we commit to: a) Regenerate and resend the report manually, or b) Issue a full and immediate refund, at your choice.
• No use yet: If you have paid but have NOT started answering questions, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from purchase.

To exercise any claim or request a refund, write to contacto@testautoconocimiento.com with your payment receipt and the email address used.

6. Intellectual Property

The test design, code, evaluation algorithm, question texts, generated reports and all visual elements are the exclusive property of TestAutoconocimiento.com. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or copying, in whole or in part, of any content on this site is strictly prohibited.

7. Minimum Age

This service is intended for persons aged 16 years or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. The conditions applicable to a user will always be those in force at the exact time they made payment or accessed the service.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile, or the Courts of Spain if the user is located outside the EU.
